Course Description

The "Bioinformatics for Quantitative Genomics" training school to be organized in connection with COST BM1406 aims to introduce early career scientists and interested PIs into bioinformatics for effective analysis of high-throughput genomics and transcriptomics data. The case studies or examples in lectures will be presented in the context of ion channels in immune cells and/or cancer.
